A Peek at Next Year’s 2010 Convention


Here’s a glimpse at some of the featured speakers slated for the 2010 ENOCH Convention!


Maxwell PhotoSteve and Teri Maxwell are the parents of eight (one married) and grandparents to one. Their four homeschool graduate children are now wage earning adults while the other four children remain active homeschool students. For eighteen years Steve and Teri have been writing monthly articles for parents addressing issues that are at the heart of Christian families. The Maxwells’ desire is to encourage, exhort, and equip Christian families. The Maxwells’ book titles include: Managers of Their Homes, Managers of Their Schools, Managers of Their Chores, Keeping Our Children’s Hearts, Preparing Sons, Homeschooling with a Meek & Quiet Spirit, Just Around the Corner (Vols. 1 & 2), and the Moody Family Series.

Powell PHoto Rebecca Ingram Powell is a pastor’s wife, homeschooling mother of three, and a nationally known author and speaker. She is the author of several books including her newest release, Season of Change: Parenting Your Middle Schooler with Passion and Purpose. Since 2003, Rebecca has been a monthly columnist for ParentLife magazine, writing the popular feature, "A Mom's Life." Her articles have appeared in HomeLife, BabyLife, The P31 Woman, and other Christian publications as well as on numerous websites including Pastors.com and Crosswalk.com. As a frequent guest on Nashville's local morning news show, Fox 17's "Tennessee Mornings," Rebecca dishes out parenting advice and commentary with show hosts Charlie Chase and Kelly Sutton.

Rebecca and her husband Rich were college sweethearts and today live in a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee, with their three children, Danya, David, and Derek. The Powells are members of First Baptist Church, Madison, where Rich serves bi-vocationally as Minister of Missions.
