This year we made the registration process much easier! Begin your registration with your name and then begin making your choices. No more additional names are required during the adult registration. In addition, we have added the Children’s Program registration within the same page. Finally, you can sponsor a family affected by Hurricane Sandy in our donations section. Remember all donations are tax deductible.

How to register online using a credit card for payment

Online registration payment can be done by credit card only.

The credit card services are provided by SagePayments.com which is a very secure and safe system for processing credit card transactions.

1. Fill in your information first. The FIRST and LAST NAME will be the name you pick up your wristbands under.
2. Next is our Volunteer Section. ENOCH cannot do this alone! We need “all hands on deck”. If you are interested, check off the box. In your confirmation, you will be given the information where to register as a volunteer. We need Teens especially. If they can serve for the two days their registration is FREE!
3. Our registration options are next. We simplified this for you. Just choose the registration you want. For example, if married, then Married is chosen; if Adult, then Adult.
4. We have a new registration for Newbies and Parents of Pre-Schoolers. We are offering to new families that have never been to the convention, the chance to attend at a special rate. If you are a Parent of Pre-Schooler you too can enjoy the special pricing. You need to have never attended the convention and your oldest child should be 5 years old or younger.
5. The newest addition to our registration page is the Children’s Program. You can find information about Jandy Ministry and the sessions they are offering here. Choose the sessions you want. This year we designed a special One Day Package for a lower rate for families with more children. Take advantage of this special savings. You can enjoy the various sessions and your children will have a wonderful time in their own session.
6. Finally, you come to our Donation section. ENOCH is a non-profit organization, so any donation you give is tax deductible. Any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Help with the costs of processing on credit cards, a $5.00 donation is most welcome.
   
   Due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy and the economic situation of our nation, families have asked where they can help. Here is your chance! The Scholarship choice is for families that cannot afford to attend the convention on their own. You can donate any amount of money for general attendees or you can sponsor a family with a donation specific to their name. If you Sponsor a Family, you just have to give us their first and last name. Tell the family what you have done and all they have to do is show up at the Convention, go to the Registration Help desk and pick up their wristbands. It is that easy! Help us bless them!
7. Your Grand Total will show up at the bottom right above your credit card information. Fill in accordingly. If the address is the same as the registration information, save you some time and click COPY next to the Name. This automatically fills in your information for you.
8. Paying with a Credit Card
   You will be registered after successfully completing the transaction. You will receive an email as your confirmation. Please keep this for your records. This will be your proof of payment. In the confirmation, there will be a link to volunteer. Click the link. It will take you to another site. In that website, you can choose your volunteer position you desire.

How to Register to Volunteer

To sign up to be a volunteer, you must register to attend the ENOCH Convention as you normally would, either

• Online (How to register online using a credit card for payment)
• By mail (How to register by mail sending a check for payment).

Simply check the "volunteer" box on the by mail or online registration form. If you register online  you will be contacted and given the directions that will allow you to volunteer and select a job(s). If you register by mail, you will be contacted by our Volunteer coordinator within a few days. You must pay the convention registration fee to volunteer. Any questions may directed by email to the Volunteer coordinator.

Parents of Preschoolers - Special Pricing for First Timers

Never been to ENOCH’s Annual Homeschool Convention? Brand new to homeschooling? Not even sure about homeschooling? ENOCH WANTS YOU . . . . to benefit from this convention. If your oldest child is 5 years of age or younger; never attended our convention before, you may attend our convention for our special pricing. Here’s all you have to do. Pre-register online for the convention by May 10, 2013. You must pre-register online for this option. If you wait until you come to the door it will be a higher rate.

Newbies - Special Pricing

“Newbies” are families that are new to homeschooling. Brand new to homeschooling? Not even sure about homeschooling? ENOCH WANTS YOU . . . . to benefit from this convention. If you have never attended our convention before, you may attend our convention for our special pricing. Here’s all you have to do. Pre-register online for the convention by May 10, 2013. You can pre-register online for this option. If you wait until you come to the door it will be a higher rate.

How to get the Pastor/Missionary Discount

Pastors and their wives currently serving in a local church and full-time missionaries pay only a nominal "per couple" registration fee and must pre-register. If you register at the door you will pay a $25 registration fee the same as the regular online price.

  To register online (How to register online using a credit card for payment), simply add the Pastor/Missionary item to your cart and then mail an organization business card or letterhead.

• By Mail
  Simply enclose an organization business card or letterhead with your Registration Form and payment (How to register by mail sending a check for payment).

This year you can pre-register or walk-in for registrations. Pre-registration EARLY BIRD will be $15. Regular Registration and Walk-In price will be $25.

How to make a donation to ENOCH of NJ

ENOCH is a service-oriented, not-for-profit, volunteer ministry dedicated to serving the home education community in the State of New Jersey. ENOCH operates solely through proceeds from the Annual Convention and your generous gifts. We encourage you to help in this ministry by making a fully tax-deductible donation.

How to get a Refund

At times, our plans change and things prevent us from attending the Convention as planned. In most circumstances, refunds can be given. However, refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee per family. All refund requests are to be made in writing NO LATER THAN APRIL 30th. After April 30th, we do not issue refunds or credits.

How to make a donation to the Scholarship fund

ENOCH of NJ, Inc. provides a means for you to assist the financially burdened through a special "Scholarship Fund". Monies donated to this fund will be directed toward the registration fee of those whose applications are submitted and approved.

How to apply for Scholarship admission

ENOCH wants you to know that if you cannot afford the registration fee, be assured ENOCH would like to help during these tough financial times. If you cannot afford the convention registration fee, you may apply for scholarship monies by sending a request with a short explanation of your need with your completed registration information to:

Applicants, if accepted, will be required to volunteer at the convention (a three hour shift) and will not qualify for any of the usual volunteer compensations. Scholarship applications must be received by May 1st for consideration.
