Vendor Bagging Service 2011

We understand how difficult it is to have your company represented at all of the homeschool conventions. Your advertising materials are placed directly into the hands of each family attending our annual homeschool convention. The Board of ENOCH works especially hard to attract families new to homeschooling and prospective homeschooling families.

This is a once-a-year opportunity!

Because of our commitment to the NJ homeschool community, we are selective in asking companies to participate in this service.

We are determined to include businesses that:

• combine service with sales
• demonstrate character in all visible areas

And to exclude advertisements that:

• use inappropriate or deceptive strategies
• sell objectionable, offensive or inappropriate materials

New-to-homeschool families may not be aware of the resources you offer. Other families search for new resources to supplement or replace current ones. These and other factors make our convention freebie bags one of the most cost-effective direct marketing tools available to you.

ENOCH of NJ reserves the right to accept or reject any and all advertising from vendors. Solicitation does not guarantee participation. Include a sample(s) with your application. Unaccepted applications will be returned with payment.

Send the Vendor Bagging Application with the sample piece and payment before April 10 to:

Include your check or Money Order made payable to: ENOCH of NJ

Costs:

• Option 1 - $.12 per piece x 800 bags = $96.00
  (You ship materials)
• Option 2- $.18 per piece x 800 bags = $144.00
  (You email your 1 page, 8 ½ x 11 document, along with a basic paper color preference – black ink only. We will print your materials for you.)

To Ship Materials:

Enclose your materials in individual sturdy boxes of 50lbs or less.Ship your materials to:

Must be received before May 10, 2011. No refund will be made for materials not received on time, nor for shortships. No late materials or overage will be shipped back to you. Send payment under separate cover, not in shipment.

NOTE: Submit detachable registration form with your payment and sample. If there is an unavoidable delay in your ability to meet deadlines and you are committed to participate, please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to work with you.
