You are invited to apply as an Exhibitor at our upcoming Homeschool Convention. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your products and services with over 1,200 homeschoolers from throughout the Tri-state area. Our convention offers two days of instructional and encouraging workshops, with about 100 exhibitors representing the very best of homeschool resources available.
We are looking forward to an inspirational weekend, and we would sincerely welcome your participation. An exhibit hall filled with experienced and knowledgeable vendors who are eager to share their diverse products and services is one of the most vivid pictures of the many faces of homeschooling. It has the potential to inspire and spark a life-changing momentum. Our convention staff has experienced this. Our lives have been enriched; we see homeschooling through a broader lens. Our children are benefiting from our experience. This year our convention team is committed to reaching individuals who may have never attended a convention. We are going to pursue them and aggressively attempt to convince them that their catalogs and their computer screen pale when held against the experience of a convention – the opportunity to spend face time with the exhibitors who are intimately familiar with the best that homeschooling has to offer. To those vendors who have faithfully attended ENOCH in the past, we say, "Thank You!" You’ve made a difference in our lives. We are grateful, and we are looking forward to watching you inspire others.
However we realize that some of you have not been able to attend our convention in recent years. We welcome your participation in 2011. In some cases, because of the distance or because some companies function with a smaller core, it is just not possible for you to personally attend every convention. We are here to help. Our monthly newsletter reaches over 1,300 households in New Jersey. It is more than likely that many of our subscribers use and love your materials. At your request, I would be happy to place a notice in our newsletter indicating that your company is looking for an individual to act as your local rep at ENOCH this year. They would be instructed to contact you directly to work out the details. While I can’t guarantee that someone would step forward and I obviously can’t mediate between you and a potential representative, I would be more than happy to help you make first contact. Please email me as soon as possible if you cannot send a representative this year and would like to pursue this option.
We are looking forward to an inspiring and memorable weekend here in New Jersey. Our convention team is prayerfully and passionately pursuing ways to ensure that our 2010 convention will be an event to remember. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I am looking forward to working with you, and I am looking forward to serving New Jersey’s homeschoolers with you on May 14-15, 2010.
