Group Description:
The Gloucester County Christian Home Schoolers Association is an association of Christian parents who have chosen to educate their children at home, believing that this is their biblical responsibility. The purpose of GCCHSA is to provide information, support, encouragement, activities and field trips that would enhance the education of our children. NEW members of GCCHSA are required to: Obtain an information packet from new member secretary, sign the Statement of Faith; be a member of a local church that agrees with the Statement of Faith OR provide written testimony of salvation to the General Board; pay annual dues. Parents are encouraged to become involved with activities as they continue participation in our group. GCCHSA provides a variety of activities and events, including field trips, sports activities, roller skating, annual testing (IOWA tests), and parent support meetings.
